Superscript trouble under Mathematica 6.0

In version 1.5.1 and earlier superscript indices are not output correct in Mathematica 6.0. The problem can be fixed by adding an empty string as a new first argument to Superscript wherever this function occurs. The problem is fixed in Cartan 1.6.

Syntax::sntoctl error on MS Windows platforms

This problem comes from the initcart.m file. Edit it and replace the Windows directory backslashes \ with double backslashes \\.
